Evolve Yoga & Meditation Studio is a beautiful space in Forster, NSW offering a safe and nurturing environment for everyone from beginners to those with more experience to learn and share the wisdom of Yoga & Meditation. Nitya is currently offering Private Yoga Therapy Consultations and small Yoga and Meditation Classes at the studio and is also available for home visits, by appointment. In 2021 Nitya will be giving workshops on Plant Based Food Options, using the principles of Ayurveda and Macrobiotics, plus other workshops on various Yoga topics. Nitya (Nicci) an Accredited Yoga Teacher since 2000 is also a qualified Yoga Therapist, Marma Therapist and an Ayurvedic Lifestyle coach with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Having taught in many different areas within the community, such as schools, aged care centres, rehabilitation, juvenile justice, physically challenged and corporate, as well as offering workshops and retreats. In January 2019 Nitya taught a 5 day workshop 'Awaken Your Creative Nature with Yoga' at Camp Creative in Bellingen, NSW. See News and Events for more info...

Surya Namaskara (Salute to the Sun) with Beeja and Surya Mantras

10am to 12.30pm at Forster Yoga Studio

2.5 hour workshop on Surya Namaskara with Mantras. Introducing the traditional practise of Salute to the sun with the Beeja mantras and Surya mantras. Also includes a 30 minute Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to intergrate the benefits of this practise which works on the more subtle levels of the body as well as the physical mental and emotion.
