Service Description
Marma Point Therapy is very relaxing, calming and healing treatment that includes a 30 minute Polarity reset, (balancing the Chakras (energy centres) and 30 minutes of working on specific points that relate to different organs and systems in the body. It is recommended to have at least 3 sessions to start with and then ongoing monthly appointments depending on your requirements. The Marma Point treatment can be specifically tailored to your individual needs and including an Ayurvedic consultation to determine your constitution (dosha) will assist in gaining more insight into you as an individual and into which specific Marma Points to work on.
