A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice where you are guided on a journey through the body. In this eight step sequence you start to withdraw the senses and move from gross to subtle bringing you into a meditative state of being where you can access the ability to witness, this is an important skill to be able to handle problems in life. To conclude the awareness is taken back in the reverse order. You will leave in a beautiful relaxed state and after a short time will feel very rejuvenated as this practice is equivalent to about 3 hours sleep. Yoga Nidra is very beneficial for insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, stress and any imbalance or disease of the body.
